2. Differences GPS-Logger 1 and GPS-Logger 2
The GPS-Logger 2 is the successor of our proven GPS-Logger.
The new GPS-Logger 2 includes all functions
of its predecessor, but has some additions:
high-resolution Vario with TEK connection
and second pressure sensor for altitude
measurement
integrated 3 axis accelerometer up to 16g
integrated engine noise sensor for the
measurement of ENL in OLC competition
additional port for a receiver channel for
Remote control of certain functions
updates on the microSD card, thus a USB
interface is no longer necessary.
Both versions of the GPS-Loggers will in future be supplied in future with firmware
updates in parallel and have, except for the additional sensors of the GPS-Logger 2, the
same functions.
As of firmware version v1.13 with the introduction of GPS-Logger 2 this guide will only be
available in the version for the new GPS logger 2. All areas which also affect the GPS-
Logger 1 shall, of course, also apply to this.
