Partial Restore
Click the Partial Restore button to recall the factory default settings (excluding network settings). The camera system
will restart in 30 seconds. Refresh the browser page after the camera system has been restarted.
Note: The IP address will not be restored to default.
Reboot
Click the Reboot button and the camera system will restart without changing the current settings. Refresh the
browser page after the camera system has been restarted.
Hardware Reset
To perform a hardware reset to the factory default settings, press the Default
button (see picture) while the camera is on and hold the button during 20
seconds. Once the camera starts spinning around, release the button and wait for
the camera to boot before reconnecting.
Note: You will need to use the default IP address and login credentials to
reconnect to the camera, once the hardware reset and booting process has been
completed.
3.2.15 Software Version
The software version page displays the current software version and the pan/tilt/zoom mcu version.
3.2.16 Software Upgrade
Note: Make sure that the upgrade software file is available before performing a software upgrade. For an easier
upgrade process, use the SDM2 tool available for download at https://siqura.com.
To perform a software upgrade:

Click the Browse button and locate the upgrade file, for example, “ulmage_userland”.
Note : Do not change the name of the upgrade file, or the system will fail to find the file.
2 Select a file type from the drop-down list. In this case, select userland.img .
3 Click the Upgrade button.
The system will prepare to start the software upgrade, after which an upgrade status bar will be displayed to
show the upgrade process. After the upgrade process has been completed, the viewer will return to the Home
page.
4 Close the video browser.
5 Click the Windows Start button and activate the Control Panel.
6 In the Control Panel window, double-click the Add or Remove Programs button. A window with the currently
installed programs will pop up. Select Siqura Viewer in the list and click the Remove button to uninstall the
existing Viewer.

Open a web browser and re-login to the camera.
You will be prompted to download the Siqura Viewer. After the Siqura Viewer has been downloaded and
installed, the live video will be available.
3.2.17 Maintenance
You can export configuration files to a specific location and retrieve data by uploading the configuration file to the
camera.
Full Restore
Click the Full Restore button to recall the factory default settings. The camera system will restart in 30 seconds. The
IP address will be restored to default. After the camera system has been restarted, reconnect the camera using the
default IP address. The default IP address is 192.168.0.250.
