The
Depth Dividers
(G) are horizontal dotted lines used to
visualize the depth steps in the vertical slices.
The
Minute Markers
(H) are shown as small circles on the track
history of the ship.
The
Bow Marker
(I) is heading marker. It is a dotted line drawn
from the bow of your own ship.
On-line help
The Simrad SH90 sonar is equipped with a comprehensive
on-line help system. Help is provided in two levels:
On-line and
Free . It is available from all the parameter dialogs and menus by
clicking the
Help
button.
Once pressed, the first help text will appear in the bottom of the
menu. This is the
On-line text. It is short, context sensitive, and
designed not to interrupt the operation of the sonar. To close the
Help
parameter dialog, click the
Close
button.
To access more detailed information, click the
Free
button. This
will open the complete interactive manual. It contains the same
information as the printed
SH90 Reference Manual , but the
