Register 0x15 CONFIG_AUTO_GAIN

This register will configure the device to set the attenuator values and control the RF amplifier to
keep the device gain close to the desired gain with changes in RF frequency, as computed from its
input parameters such as RF input level, mixer level, and IF out level.
