Functional Description

The Interface Module

shows the power and control interface block for both the SC5309A and SC5310A. All supply

rails are produced on board; their voltages are regulated and actively filtered to keep noise to a
mini

mum. Thus, these downconverters are tolerant to “dirty” external power supplies.
