DUAL CHANNEL INTEGRATED 1020 FLOWMETER

Complete all installation steps for Direct Mode transducer installation in paragraph 3.5.1 Dual
Mounting Track Assembly/Transducer Installation

but do not install mounting track covers.

z

Secure 1020 Integrated Flowmeter to one Mounting Track Cover with four bolts, washers, lock
washers and nuts (Figure 1). Secure other mounting track cover to second mounting track/
transducer assembly.

NOTE: The Integrated Flowmeter can be attached to either Mounting Track Cover.

z

Secure Integrated Flowmeter/Mounting Track Cover Assembly to Mounting Track Assembly and
secure with four screws (Figure 2).

z

Connect transducer cables ensuring upstream/downstream orientation is correct (Figure 3).
Confirm installation is functional by completing flowmeter menu.
