This packet serves to measure an individual current. The function provides the r.m.s. 
value of the fundamental component.

2.4.5.1

Description

The frequency of the current is determined from the input signal. If it falls below 10% 
of the rated value, the frequency is marked as invalid. The rated value of the frequency 
is taken from
