Run "DB Path Reference"

A reference must be created for the data paths saved in the Server database. See the example below.

(Since the data path can be changed on the server, it is possible to have more than one base data path and thus
multiple references to set).

Note

"Device definition" – when one folder is used for all of them, a device can be configured
offline by all of the PCs, as soon as any user has once connected with it.

it is only possible to make the complete settings once measured data have already been
imported by the server! (up until then, there is not yet any path in the database).

Problem: The system searches for the file "Freq.dat" in the path: "D:/SICAMQ80/Data/ Room_1/Test_1/2012-02-01
00_00_00". However, it can not be found since it does not exist on the Client.

Solution: Use of the path reference table:

Replace the original path by the link. Now, the system searches for the frequency data in the file "//Server/
SICAMQ80_ALL/Data/Room_1/Test_1/2012-02-01 00_00_00/Freq.dat" and the data can be displayed. If measured
data are imported to the database by the Client, the original data path is recorded!
