Mounting torque arms on bevel helical gearboxes and helical worm gearboxes 

 

 

Note 
The torque arm bush must be supported by bearings on both sides.

The torque arm can be mounted in various positions, depending on the hole circle pitch. 

Procedure 

1.

 

Clean the contact surfaces between the housing and the torque arm. 

2.

 

Tighten the bolts with the specified torque. 

You have now mounted the torque arm.
