紅光:投光器對準受光器。選擇定位,使紅色投射光線投射到受光器上。提示:
感測器背面的信號強度指示器有助於正確對準,使用白色紙張或反光鏡輔助對
準。投光器與受光器應沒有阻擋,光路內不得存在物體(見圖 E)。需注意,感
測器的光學開口(前蓋)應完全敞開。
紅外線:投光器對準受光器。選擇定位,使紅外線(不可見)投射到受光器上。
可通過感測器背面的信號強度指示器判斷是否正確對準。相關內容參見圖 E 與
F。投光器與受光器應沒有阻擋,光路內不得存在物體。需注意,感測器的光學
開口(前蓋)應完全敞開。
理想的校准可借助传感器背面的信号强度显示来实现及测试。信号强度显示器上
的 LED 灯根据传感器接收到的光线信号强度的不同亮起。若无 LED 灯亮起或
只有红色 LED 灯亮起,则传感器未接收到任何信号或未接收到足够的信号来开
启输出。当达到能够开启输出的最小阀值时,第一个黄色 LED 灯亮起。绿色
LED 灯显示信号冗余。信号冗余情况越好,则有越多的绿色 LED 灯亮起 [参照
图 E]。
