Electrical installation
On use of the external device monitoring in the AGS, remove link!
If the external device monitoring on the AGS is used, then the link on terminal 8 and 9
on X2 in the LCUR1411 must be removed and the cable from terminal B6 and B7
connected here.
Restart interlock:
The restart interlock (WA) is not allowed to be realised via the
machine controller, but must be realised using the C4000 safety light curtain (see
C4000 Standard/Advanced operating instructions, chapter “Restart interlock”).
External device monitoring:
Only if external device monitoring (EDM) was used in the past
is it allowed to continue to use EDM. For this purpose, the existing jumper on the
LCUR1411 between terminal 8 and 9 must be removed and the external device
monitoring (EDM) wired as per the table.
Machine output C3:
The output C3 on the AGS is used for several functions. If only one
core is connected to C3 from the machine controller side, two additional cores must be
laid from the machine controller to theLCUR1411 (see the following table).
Disconnect the cable between AGS, with hard-wired connection, and the machine
controller
Connect the cable from the machine controller to the terminal strip on the LCUR1411
as per the table given below and the circuit diagram
The cables from the machine controller side B8, C6 and C9 are no longer required and
must be properly insulated.
The cables for the AGS sender must be properly insulated
