Machine connection for replacement of LVS300
Switch the entire machine/system off line!
There is a risk of unintentional starting of the machine and power on the supply cables
while you are connecting the devices.
Electrically isolate the system and all devices affected for the period of the electrical
installation and secure against switch on.
The cable assignment on the original connector must be documented prior to removal of
the connector so the machine can be connected as per the table given below and the
circuit diagram.
On use of the external device monitoring in the LVS300, remove link!
If the external device monitoring in the LVS300 (terminal 6 and 8) is used, then the jumper
on terminal 8 and 9 on X2 in the LCUR1411 must be removed and the cable from
terminal 6 and 8 connected here.
Insulate cables on terminals 15 and 16!
The cores on the terminals 15 and 16 on the LVS300 (ADO) are no longer required and
must be properly insulated.
Disconnect the cable between LVS300 and the machine controller
Connect the cable from the machine controller to the terminal strip on the LCUR1411
as per the following table and the circuit diagram.
