5.2.4 Machine connection for replacement of LVU450–1400
Switch the entire machine/system off line!
There is a risk of unintentional starting of the machine and power on the supply cables
while you are connecting the devices.

Electrically isolate the system and all devices affected for the period of the electrical
installation and secure against switch on.
The cable assignment on the original connector must be documented prior to removal of
the connector so the machine can be connected as per the table given below and the
circuit diagram.

Disconnect the cable between LVU450-1400 and the machine controller

Connect the cable from the machine controller to the terminal strip on the LCUR1­411
as per the table given below and the circuit diagram
Insulate cables on K3 and L2!
The cables on K3 and L2 are no longer required and must be properly insulated.
