The P.200 is a parameter which can select the multimachine
constant pressure system function (Use
this function to buy control card, the detail refer to specification of control card). When P.200=1
and P.85=11, combined with PID parameters can be realized simple one drive two constant
pressure system,
multi-function relay AC can control frequency of motor contactor. When a halt
instruction is given to inverter, all of the motors (pumps) will stop.

The judgment time from the time when the output frequency of the inverter reaches the upper limit
up to the time when the driving motors are increased must be set. Shorter time setting is preferable
by determining the pressure variation speed not to cause any haunting.

The judgment time from the time when the output frequency of the inverter reaches the lower limit
up to the time when the driving motors areincreased must be set. Shorter time setting is preferable

In the case of decrease of AC driven motors, P.213 is a reference for accelerating the output
frequency of the inverter from the lower limit frequency to the upper limit frequency and it is time
for the acceleration /deceleration reference frequency. By adjusting this setting, pressure variation
can be done smoothly. It shall be noted that overcurrent or overvoltage is likely to be caused, if the
set value is too short (small).

In the case of increase of AC driven motors, P.214 is a reference for decelerating the output
frequency of the inverter from the upper limit frequency to the lower limit frequency and it is time
for the acceleration/deceleration reference frequency. By adjusting this setting, pressure variation
can be done smoothly. It shall be noted that overcurrent or overvoltage is likely to be caused, if the
set value is too short (small).

Frequency of variable frequency pump operation to P.215, the plus pump control counter will start
counting, when the output frequency is less than p. 215 output frequency, the plus pump control
counter reset.

If the operation frequency of variable frequency pump is less than P.216, the reduce pump control
counter will start counting, when the output frequency is more than P.216, reduce pump control
counter reset.
●
P.217 is used to judge whether the increase or decrease of the number of motors is required or not,
based on the deviation between the command value and the feedback value, when the output
frequency of the inverter stays at the upper or lower limit frequency and if there is more deviation
than the set value, the number of motor is increased or decreased. The deviation value for the
command value shall be inputted in percentage. The setting unit is 0. 1%. If set at 0%, the motors
are increased or decreased in spite of the deviation, if the output frequency of the inverter stays at
the upper or lower limit.

Make the use of P.225 which gives pressure instructions, P.223 code is effective. If
P.170=1, setting
the pressure value to corresponding to 0V. If
P.170=2, setting the pressure value to corresponding
to 4mA.

Make the use of P.225 which gives pressure instructions, P.224 code is effective. If
P.170=1, and
P.73=0, setting the pressure value to corresponding to 5V. If
P.170=2, and P.73=1, setting the
pressure value to corresponding to 10V. If
P.170=2, setting the pressure value to corresponding to
20mA.
