These ovens require permanent connect wiring (also known as hardwiring) to a power supply.

Purge Port

The SMO5HP-2 can be built with a 3/8 inch ID (9.5mm) gas-in port on the back of the oven. This

optional port can be connected to a cylinder of nitrogen (N

) or other inert gas to purge the oven

chamber during baking applications.

This option must be ordered prior to the construction of the

oven.
