During playback, you can change the audio language.
Turning the power off or replacing the discs change the audio language to the one of
the initial setting.
To listen to a selected audio language, set it on the initial setting screen (page 22).

To change the audio language
You can change the audio language if multiple audio languages or other audio sys-
tems are recorded on the disc.
Example:
z
The audio language on some DVDs may not be changed.
z
The audio language on some DVDs may not be changed even if the SOUND
button is pressed during playback. In that case, change the setting on the disc
menu (see page 44).
z
For audio language and audio system, refer to the manual of the disc.

To change the angle
You can change the angle of view when playing a DVD video disc that contains
scenes recorded from multiple angles.
Notes:
z
Some DVDs prohibit changing the angle.
z
The angle number is not displayed if the disc on which angle not recorded is
entered. "XX" is displayed instead.
z
Refer to the manual of the disc as the operation may vary depending on the disc.

Whilst a disc is playing, press the
SOUND
button.

Within 10 seconds, press the SOUND
button repeatedly to se-
lect the desired audio number.

The audio language or audio system is changed to the selected one.
z
You can perform the same operation by pressing the or button.

When "ANGLE" is displayed on the main unit, press the ANGLE
button.
