Certificate in terms of the Third Ordinance on Exemptions from Road Traffic
Regulations of 05.06.1990 (BGBI.I p. 999)

meaning of § 22a(1)(27) of the Road Traffic Licensing Regulations due to the

Third Ordinance on Exemptions from Road Traffic Regulations of 5 June
1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 999), amended by Article 1 of the Ordinance
of 22 December 1992 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 2480).
On the basis of § 6(1)(3)(b) in conjunction with (3) of the Road Traffic Act in
the adjusted version published in the Federal Law Gazette Part III, classifi-
cation number 9231-1, no. 3 last amended by the Act of 6 April 1980 (BGBl.
I p. 413), subsection 3 inserted by § 70(1)(3) of the Act of 15 March 1974 (Fed-
eral Law Gazette I p. 721) and amended in accordance with Article 22 no.
3 of the Ordinance of 26 November 1986 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 2089),
the Federal Minister of Transport, after consulting the competent supreme
state authorities, shall issue an ordinance:
