5.17.2 Proper fixing on a car seat with ISO

FIX connection
Now place the ISO-TURN with the attached
carrot 3.
on the car seat. Make sure that the
ISOFIX connection of the ISO-TURN (

) and
that of the vehicle are at the same height.
Insert the ISO-TURN into the ISOFIX connec-
tion of the car seat (

) until it audibly engag-
es.
5.17.3 Back angle adjustment
To adjust the back (

) of the ISO-TURN and
the
carrot 3.

), loosen the
clamping levers on the back adjustment (

).
Press the back frame of the ISO-TURN ac-
cording to the inclination of the car seat. Fix it
again with the previously loosened clamping
lever (
E
). Here too, make sure that the clamp-
ing levers are firmly tightened. Now you can
adjust the back (

) of the
carrot 3.

). The safest and most stable sitting
position for your child is achieved when the
back is at an angle of approximately 90° to
the seat of the child safety seat. The more
the angle is opened in the direction of the
reclining position, the greater the risk that
your child could fall forwards when braking
or in the event of a rear-end collision and be
injured.
