Lamp Change Indicator on Remote Interface Connector
Pin 1, referenced to pin 7 (ground), is an open-collector output which indicates
major failure modes of the lamp. These major failure modes include: (A) there is
not a minimum current through the lamp, (B) current limiting is active in the lamp
control circuitry.
