Product Description
Congratulations
on the purchase of your
“DCR III”
light source! This light
source provides cool, intense white light for all types of fiber optic illumination
components. The
“DCR III”
light source is CSA listed to UL-1571 and CE
compliant to standards set for the year 2001. CE compliance for the year 2001
requires power factor correction and sets limits for harmonic current emissions. It
was designed and manufactured under the ISO 9000 guidelines.
The
“DCR III”
light source provides up to 150 watts of light from a tungsten
halogen lamp. The adjustable, regulated voltage supply provides less than 0.5 to
20.5 VDC. The light source may be controlled manually from the front panel or
remotely via the 9-pin remote interface connector on the rear of the unit. (See
Sections 3.0 and 4.0) The removable “Modulamp” assembly contains the lamp
holder, which supports three different lamp choices. The high output fan provides
maximum airflow resulting in extremely cool operation.
