23) Turbo Mode
Dispensing of coffee is accelerated by pre-
grinding the beans.
Preferred application in "Self" mode.
Procedures in "Turbo Mode":
•
Immediately after the first beverage is
output, the grinding process for the next
coffee beverage begins.
•
The brewing chamber is closed to keep
the ground coffee as fresh as possible.
•
When a new beverage is selected, the
beverage is dispensed almost immedi-
ately after being selected.
On/off
The standard setting is
"OFF".
At least one beverage with
coffee must be preset.
24) Turbo mode product
Selection menu for the desired reference be-
verage.
The beverage recipe must have been config-
ured on the machine in use.

Select the beverage with the required
recipe.
The recipe used in "Turbo Mode" is
adopted for the selected product.
All of the subsequent beverages are
prepared with this recipe.
All beverages
with coffee.
The "Turbo Mode" para-
meter must be switched
on.
25) Turbo mode refill
Sets the time until the grinding process is
repeated.
This setting makes it possible to retain the
coffee flavour and aroma as much as possi-
ble.

Set the desired time.
After the set time expires, the previ-
ously ground coffee is ejected from
the brewing chamber.
The brewing chamber is filled with
freshly ground coffee.
0-1440 min
The standard setting is
180 min.
The "Turbo Mode" para-
meter must be switched
on.
26) Cleaning type
Selection menu for the required cleaning
process.
If the "Milk Smart" milk system is selected in
the "7 Fresh milk system" parameter, the se-
lection is adjusted accordingly.
Normal
Smart clean
The standard setting is
"Normal".
The "7/11 - ASIA" setting is used if the cool-
ing unit for the fresh milk is equipped with 2
optional squeeze valves.
7/11ASIA
To use the "7/11 ASIA"
setting, the cooling unit for
the fresh milk system must
be properly equipped.
