37) Machine drained
The drainage process with the "Water
drainage" menu is complete. The ma-
chine can now be switched off. The
boiler must be drained manually. The
next time the machine is switched on,
the filling process starts automatically.

calibration" in the "Water drainage" menu for further
information.

Ensure that the water supply is working when the
machine is switched on.
38) Service button error
The service field is blocked or has hung
up. The message is output after
120 sec.

The beverage field is blocked or has
hung up. The message is output after
120 sec.

40) Milk not available
This message appears if the machine
is equipped with "Center Milk " and the
"22 Blocked while clean" configuration
parameter is activated. Beverages
without milk can be dispensed during
cleaning.

parameter for further information.

To dispense a beverage without milk during clean-
ing with the "Center Milk System", switch on the
"22 Blocked while clean" configuration parameter.
41) Machine not ready
The machine must be cleaned but the
coffee boiler has not reached the set
temperature and must heat up first.

Wait for the coffee boiler to heat up.
42) Milk is empty
This message appears when the "Milk
level sensor" system parameter is acti-
vated and the milk level is too low.
Depending on the parameter setting,
another beverage either can be dis-
pensed or is blocked.
See "Service technician menu" - "System" - "System
Parameters" in the "16 Milk level sensor" parameter
for further information.
The milk level monitor indicates that
the level is too low.

Fill the milk container.

Adjust the milk level again according to the milk
level sensor in use.
43) Grinder left current
44) Grinder right current
This message can be cleared three
times. After this, the "Grinder left/right
blocked" message is displayed.
The "Grinder left/right current" mes-
sage remains for 10 min. During this
time, the grinder cannot be used.
An overcurrent of ±6 A is measured for
longer than 0.8 sec.
Up to software 5.03: An overcurrent of
±8 A is measured for longer than
0.2 sec.
Up to software 5.14: An overcurrent of
±10 A is measured for longer than
0.2 sec.
The introduction of spiral springs in the grinders re-
quires an increase in the rated current. As of software
5.14: from 8 A to 10 A.

Wait 10 min minutes or switch the machine off
and back on.

Check the grinder for blockages and remove for-
eign bodies.
►
Check whether the grinding discs are still OK.
