If you are using a Chooser extension, make sure you
successfully selected the driver in the Chooser.
Refer to Chapter 2 of this manual for information about installing
and selecting scanner drivers.
Refer to “Scan Problems” in this chapter for troubleshooting tips.

There is no scanner available because either none is
selected or no scanner device is connected.
This message appears only rarely; it could occur if you change
your machine configuration without attaching a scanner, but
TextBridge preferences had previously stored the information
that a scanner was there.
Be sure to select ‘Select Source’ from the TextBridge Scanner
pull-down menu, and make sure the correct scanner radio button
is selected.

TextBridge Pro could not open the scanner. Check to see if
the sheet feeder is jammed and clear the paper path if
necessary.
If your scanner has a sheet feeder, check to see if it is jammed.
Clear the paper path and try again.

TextBridge Pro could not open the scanner. Check to see
that the scanner is on and ready. Otherwise, check that
the correct scanner driver is selected in Chooser.
