Always switch the power off and
unplug the power cord before
changing the brake .

Switch power off and unplug the power cord.
Raise blade fully and set blade tilt to zero
degrees. Remove table insert. Remove the
blade.

Turn brake key 1/4 turn clockwise and pull
out.

Slide new brake onto both pins. Insert key
and rotate 1/4 turn counter-clockwise to lock
in place. Reinstall riving knife/blade guard
and table insert.

Pull brake off pins.
