ATTENTION! The case of the Device has sharp corners and edges which
may cause injuries.
Warranty
• A warranty period of two (2) years applies to the Device if it is used in a
private sauna.
• A warranty period of one (1) year applies to the Device if it is used in a
public sauna.
• The warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by failure to follow
installation, operating, or maintenance instructions.
• The warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by the use of salt balls
not recommended by the manufacturer.
• The warranty does not cover salt balls.
Transportation and storage
The Device is packed by the manufacturer in a manner which ensures preser-
ving of the Device if normal transportation conditions are observed. Protect
the Device from falling, do not throw the Device or store it under heavy
goods. To store the Device, use a dry room which is protected from weather
effects.
1. INSTALLATION
Please read the safety information before beginning installation!
The Device is installed on the sauna wall or behind the inner lining (if the
Device is installed behind the inner lining, the lining boards must be secured
to the sheet metal face of the air duct by weatherboard clamps), at least 1
metre away from the heater and other heating elements (or the permitted
distance from other devices and enclosing elements specified in the instal-
lation instructions of the heater) (see figures 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5). The air outlet
of the Device may not be obstructed; the airflow discharged from the outlet
must be able to spread freely all over the sauna.
The Device functions most efficiently when the edge of the upper airing vent
is 10−20 mm away from the ceiling of the sauna (in the case of the model with
a protective grille). If the Device is not equipped with the upper protective
grille, the Device should be installed so that the upper edge remains 80−100
mm below the ceiling. Nevertheless, the Device may not be installed so that
the lower edge is less than 100 mm from the floor in order to prevent con-
tacts between the water on the floor and the wiring of the Device.
The Device is designed for installation on the wall with the help of the han-
ging strips included in the set. The wall in the installation spot must be able
to carry the weight of the Device (at least 35 kg) and it must enable attach-
ment of the hanging strips included in the set with screws. The hanging
strips are attached to the wall of the sauna, each with at least two screws.
The Device is then hoisted to the wall so that the upper and lower strips slid
between the strips on the back of the Device. The Device may also be fixed
directly to a load-bearing wall structure by using four screws or anchor bolts.
The screws and bolts must be selected depending on the material of the wall
and the weight of the Device.
