Reloading a Web Page
To reload (refresh) a Web page:
1.
Launch the Web and press (right softkey) to display the
browser menu.
2.
Select
Refresh this page
and press
OK
(left softkey).
Restarting the Web Browser
If the Web browser appears to be malfunctioning or stops
responding, you can usually fix the problem by simply restarting
the browser.
To restart the Web browser:
1.
From an active PCS Vision connection, press (right softkey)
to display the browser menu.
2.
Select
More...
and press
OK
(left softkey).
3.
Select
Restart Browser
and press
OK
(left softkey).
Sending a Web Page
This feature allows you to send a URL (Website address) you’re
viewing through SMS text messaging.
To send a Web page:
1.
From an active PCS Vision connection, press (right softkey)
to display the browser menu.
2.
Select
More...
and press
OK
(left softkey).
3.
Select
Send Page
and press
OK
(left softkey).
4.
To complete and send a Web Page, follow steps 4-11 in “Sending
a Message” on page 171.
Adjusting the Browser Sound Volume
To adjust the browser sound volume:
1.
From an active PCS Vision connection, press (right softkey)
to display the browser menu.
2.
Select
More...
and press
OK
(left softkey).
3.
Select
Preferences
and press
OK
(left softkey).
4.
Select
Sound Volume
and press
OK
(left softkey).
5.
Select your desired volume level by pressing the navigation key
up or down and press
.
