Music & Media (

Menu

 

) provides software for playing music and for 

accessing TV and radio programs. The Music & Media menu has the following 
options:

• 

TELUS Music Player:

 lets you play music you have downloaded from your 

service provider or loaded from your PC to your Micro SD memory card.

Note: 

The following characters cannot be used in the filename: / \ * ? “ < > : | 9. The 

file name is limited to 47 total characters.

• 

My Music List:

 lets you listen to songs that you have saved on your phone 

or memory card.

• 

TV & Radio:

 lets you access TV and radio programs. TELUS Mobile Radio is 

powered by XM Satellite Radio. For more details, please visit http://

TELUS Music Player

Configuring the TELUS Music Player Settings

The TELUS Music Player lets you configure playback and display behavior. You can 
also set the user interface language.

To access the TELUS Music Player settings:

1.

 to access the 

Music & Media

 menu.

From the main playback screen, press the left navigation key to 
highlight

Use the Up or Down navigation keys to highlight the option you want to 
enable or disable.

Press 

 to select the option. The shuffle songs option is marked with 

an X when enabled. The language option is selected using the radio 
buttons.

Downloading Music

Before you can play music, you must insert a blank Micro SD card into the memory 
slot. See "Memory Card" on page 15. When the memory card is inserted, the music 
is downloaded to the memory card. The downloaded contents can be moved or 
copied to the interior or exterior memory. Your service provider may offer easy
