Instruction Manual

Ensure appropriate mounting bolt 
strength, length, diameter and quantity 
are used. Also, ensure appropriate 
torque is applied when tightening the 
mounting bolts. If too much or too 
litle torque is applied to the mounting 
bolts, the chuck may malfunction or 
the work piece may come loose
causing harm.

아답터 체결볼트는 충분한 강도(직경, 개
수, 재질)의 것을 사용하고 적정한 토크
로 체결하여야 합니다. 만일 체결토크가 
부족하거나 과대하면 볼트가 파손되어 
척이나 공작물이 비산되는 위험이 발
생 될 수가 있습니다.

适配器固定螺杆要具有充分强度(直
径、个数、材质),并且紧固力矩要
适当。如果紧固力矩不足或过大,螺
杆将会损坏,造成卡盘或工件飞出。

무거운 중량의 척을 선반에 부착하거나 
떼어낼 경우에는낙하 재해를 방지하기 
우I하여 크레인으로 아이볼트나 와이어
로프를 사용하여 척을 취급 하십시오.

체결볼트는 당사 부속 이외의 것을 사용
하지 마십시오. 볼트는 규정된 토크로 조
여 주시고, 사용 중에는 정기적으로 풀림 
여부를 점검하여 주십시오.

在机床上装卸重量大的卡盘时,为防
止掉落事故,请使用起重机,吊环螺
栓或钢丝绳,处理卡盘。

固定螺杆不要使用非本公司提供的螺
杆。螺杆要使用规定的力矩紧固,
并且在使用过程中要定期检查有无
松开。
