Replacing the pilot burner nozzle

Unscrew the spark plug to protect it against
any damage during the conversion process.

Screw out the gas line to the pilot burner.

Caution, the pilot burner nozzle may fall out!

Replace the pilot burner nozzle, refer to the
data stated in the table on page 25,
chapter 7.1
Risk of breakage!
The spark plug may
be damaged by excessive fastening. Therefore,
fasten the spark plug only lightly!

Check all gas-bearing components for the
leak tightness.

Increasing burner spacing for city gas

Open the front panel.

Unscrew the sheet metal screws on the bur
ner seating only enough to allow the spacers
to fit in between.

Remove one sheet metal screw, insert
spacer and put sheet metal screw into posi
tion.
.
For all sheet metal screws, insert the
spacers one by one in this manner (8 items).
.
Tighten all sheet metal screws.
