of the possible soluble products (numbered from 1 to 5) or coffee beans
(marked with “C” in the programming menu) should be inserted in that po-
sition. “0” means no product. After selecting the product, confirm by pres-

. The cursor moves to the next number, and so on for all four
products. Upon completion of the sequence, the cursor disappears and the
programmed data is saved.
You will now be asked to set all parameters concerning all products set in the sequence of the beverage. The procedure de-
scribed below deals with only a single soluble product, but this procedure should be repeated for all the products making up
the beverage.
Use the “+” button to move to the next message: “

”, next to whi-
ch a number (e.g. 02: 012) is shown. 02 indicates that the first product to
be dispensed for beverage F is the one contained in bin no. 2. 012 indica-
tes that 12 units of product 02 will be used. Press
ENTER
to modify the
quantity. After the blinking cursor has appeared, use the “+” and “-” to
modify the values. Press
ENTER
to confirm.
NOTE:
If a soluble product is frequently dispensed (e.g.: chocolate), you can use two bins to dispense the
same soluble product (e.g.: bins 3 and 4) by programming the sequence and/or the quantity of the
soluble product to dispense half a dose from each bin; or by programming half the beverages to
draw from bin 3 and half from bin 4.
It defines the quantity of water to mix with the soluble product. Next to the
message a number (e.g. 02: 036) appears. 02 indicates that water will be
mixed with the soluble product in bin 02. 036 indicates that 36 water units
will be dispensed with soluble product 02. Press
ENTER
to modify the quan-
tity. The blinking cursor appears. Use the “+” and “-” buttons to modify.
Press
ENTER
to confirm.
It indicates the dispensing speed of soluble product and water for beverage
F. It can be adjusted from 10 to 190 in increments of 10. A value of 10 me-
ans that the pump works at maximum delivery, while the soluble product is
dispensed in pulses at minimum delivery. A value of 100 means that both
the soluble product and water are dispensed at maximum delivery. A value
of 190 means that the pump works in pulses at minimum delivery, while the
soluble product is dispensed at maximum delivery. Press
ENTER
to modify
the value. The blinking cursor appears. Use the “+” and “-” to modify the
value. Press
ENTER
to confirm.
NOTE:
While programming, if the parameters regarding the soluble product (soluble product, soluble
water, % soluble product) extend soluble product dispensing over that of water dispensing, the
machine will stop the soluble product dispensing and make a beeping sound. This signals you to
modify the abovementioned parameters in order to obtain a correct soluble product/water
dispensing ratio (water should be dispensed slightly longer than the soluble product in order to rinse
through the whipper system).
It allows you to modify the working relationship between the hot water pump and
the cold water pump. It can be programmed between 0 and 100. At 100, the
hot water pump works at full speed, while the cold water pump is idle. At 50,
both pumps work at medium speed. At 10, the hot water pump works at 10% of
its full speed and the cold water pump at 90%. Press
ENTER
to modify the value.
When the blinking cursor appears, press the “+” and “-” buttons to modify the
value. Press
ENTER
to confirm.
With the “+” button, you can move to the next message and, by pressing
ENTER
,
the abovementioned messages appear in the same sequence again for the new
beverage. If coffee beans appear in the sequence, the message “COFFEE WA-
TER” comes up, allowing you to set the water quantity used for coffee brewing.
