Note
It might be necessary to align the diffuser thread to
the tappet thread at the bottom of the oil separator
by a slight lateral tilt with the coalescer key and then
screw it on.
Push the coalescer cross over the diffuser up to the

coalescer package.
Insert circlip into the circlip groove of the diffuser.

Mounting the oil separator lid

Put on new lid seal

Put on oil separator lid, insert screws and tighten by

hand
Connect valves with pipelines and tighten screws or
3)
screw connections.
In the first two turns, tighten the screws of the oil
4)
separator lid by half a turn each. In all other turns, re-
tighten by two and later by one hexagon only, until
the distance between lid and oil separator flange is
reduced by about half.
Screw in the sensor electrode

Screw in the heater (alternatively establish the
6)
connection to the steam line and screw it tight:
Establish electric connections.

Plug on sensor electrode connection socket and
8)
screw tight.
Insert cable in heater and connect.
9)
Attach loose cables at lid of oil separator by cable
10)
straps.
