necessary, replace it.

Mounting the coalescer non-return flap
WARNING
Maintenance and repair work must only be done by
qualified and suitable personnel.
In particular observe the safety instructions in

chapter 2, the pertinent accident prevention
regulations and
the proper use of tools and lifting devices.
Note
The following spare parts and tools should be at
hand:
Coalescer key

chapter 13.10, table 26
Lid seals, pos. 31,

chapter 13, tables 18 -25.
Coalescer stuffing, pos. 34,

Pliers for external circlip
Lifting equipment for oil separators with a power of
2.5 m³/h or more
Coalescer element – delivery condition up to SKIT/S-DEB
2.5 m³/h. As of SKIT/S-DEB, the non-return flap is
mounted outside of the coalescer container.
