Custom Software Packages 

B

ecause the Universal Controller is already used by a number of Emergency Services some application software for specific types of

installation already exist. As such RSG may already have on record information that may suit your requirements which would allow 
development time to be reduced. The Universal Controller has built-in software that allows it to operate with handsets/keypads other than
the Universal Handset with the addition of an adaptor.

• Application Software: RSG has worked together with various clients to create a software package to suit their standard Emergency 

Services Vehicles specification. RSG ensures that all Universal Controllers supplied have their unique software package pre-installed. 
If you have Ford vehicles that require a Universal Controller please consult with RSG to ensure compatibility and be advised of the 
correct part number that will be required before an order can be placed.
