2-5 Before Starting Operations

Spindle Run-in (Warm-up)

In any of the following cases, perform run-in (warm-up) operation for the spindle. Failure to do so may result in unstable
spindle rotation.



When using for the first time after purchase



After moving the machine and reinstalling it at a different location



After replacing the spindle unit



When using in a low-temperature environment

How to Perform Run-in (Warm-up) Operation

Carry out the following steps 1 through 4.



Rotation time : 15 minutes

Rotation time : 10 minutes
