After all the AMM settings are completed click <Start> to begin AMM.

The AMM window under

Status

shows the measurements performed. (Meas. Channel, see

Figure 2-25) and the accompanying parameters at

Active Task

.

You can also view a selected

Diagram

and the

General Log File

which opens when the first alarm

arrives.

Once the AMM has started, the connection to the UMS100/120 can be interrupted in the

Select

window. Alarms are still transferred and displayed in the

General Log File

.

The

General Log File

shows the latest alarms on top whereas elder alarms are moving to the bottom.

The operator can acknowledge an alarm by a double click in that line if he has checked it. So the color
is changing from red to black.
In order to directly connect to an alarming UMS100/120 the operator can right click on this entry and
select the corresponding function in the context mouse menu.
In this menu additionally entries can also be selected and deleted.
