CAUTION:
when using a combination of various boosters that do not support RailCom

, the
RailCom

-Boosters (see Chapter: Connecting the Boosters – Track
Output and Chapter: STOP Button and Configuration).
INFO:
If you do not want a forwarding of the short circuit detection to the control centre, you can
deactivate it in the booster (see Chapter: STOP Button and Configuration).
Connecting the Boosters – Track Output
10806 Single Booster
10807 Dual Booster
The single booster has two equivalent internally connected track connections that are able to output max.
3 A
in total
. The dual booster differs from this in that it has two separately configurable track connec-
tions, that can
each
output a max. of 3 A, this therefore being max. 6 A in total.
The connection tracks are connected to the booster using the enclosed plug-in terminal. The feed is to be
by means of cable cross sections of between 0.5 and 1.5 mm². Should the track sections be longer, please
provide a current feed at various points.
Should the current consumption permanently exceed 2.5 A, the section is overloaded and it is to be par-
titioned (this necessitates the use of an additional booster). This means that a small reserve remains in
order for you to switch points or similar securely.
INFO:
Ensure that the connection tracks do not include any capacitors (these are often required
in analogue operation).
