Mark the cables connected to X11, located on the
lower edge of the controller (L1, L2, L3, PE, R1, R2,
D1 & D2)



Disconnect the cables on X11



Remove three screws from the DC bus bars and
make note of the wire connected to the L- bus



Remove the cover from servo drive 111T1 to the
left of the servo control module



Remove the three bus bar screws from 111T1 and
the bus bars connected to 110T1



All the cables should now be disconnected, be sure
to cut the small zip ties that retain the wires to the module housing



Loosen the upper and lower mounting screws, there is no need to completely remove
them from the backing plate



Lift the Power Control Module off the mounting screws and set it aside
