Preparing to Print

NOTE

When loading Ledger size paper, remove
the A3 Top Guide (secured on the inside
plate) and secure it on the position
illustrated to the right.

Load printing paper.

Aligning the center of the paper to the

d

mark,

load printing paper in the Paper Feed Tray. The
top of the paper stack should be below the

dd

mark on the Paper Side Guides.

Slide the Paper Side Guides to fit
the paper width.

Turn the Side Guide Locking Levers to the right to
lock the guides.

Important!

Do not mix printing paper of different sizes.

Adding or Replacing Paper

If you want to add paper or use paper of different size on
the Standard Paper Feed Tray, lower the tray so that you
can load the paper easily.
When the Feed Tray Descent Button is pressed lightly, the
Paper Feed Tray lowers to the bottom. When you keep on
pressing it on the other hand, the tray stops immediately
when you release it.

Important!

Do not mix different paper sizes in the Paper Feed Tray.
