Dual-color
print
When dual-color print is selected, each of text/line art section and photo images
in the document data will be printed out respectively with dual coloring.
IMPORTANT!
• As for characters, numeral figures, and drawings, create the data using colors
on fonts and lines.
You do not have to select same colors as those mounted on your printer, but
the data will be printed in two colors even if you use more than two colors on
your document.
• As for photo images, only color photos can be printed in two colors. If you
want to print black-and-white photos, specify either the color 1 or 2.

Color 2
Select the print color from the drop-down list.
When the printer is connected on the network, the color information on your
RISO printer can be acquired by clicking [Refresh].
When information is completely acquired, the color of drum will be displayed
next to “Color 1” and “Color 2” in blue letters.
If letters are not changed to blue, manually select the print color.
Master-making color
In using dual-color print, select the color of Drum (Cylinder) to carry out the
“Master-making”.
Color 1 only : Master making is carried out only in color (Drum (Cylin -
der)) .
Color 2 only : Master making is carried out only in color (Drum (Cylin -
der)) 2.
Both of colors : Master making is carried out with both Drums (Cylinders).
Color separation
Set the method and the conditions for separating an original into two colors.
[Auto]
Matching the set Drum (Cylinder) colors, set the coloring of [Text/Line Art]
and [Photo] to appropriate parameters.
When the settings can be completed, selected parameters will be displayed
in blue letters on the [Manual] dialog box.
