Enhancing Lives By Changing The Way Water Is Heated

Bi-metal Over Heat Switch

Ensure unit is isolated from power and gas supply.

The overheat bi-metal circuit activates based on the temperature range listed below. Bi-metal switch
automatically reset once the temperature drops below the activation point.

1. Overheat switch - located on the right side of the primary heat exchanger. Activation temperature is

230˚F (110˚C), resets at 203 ˚F (95˚C).

2. If bi-metal activates code 14 will appear on water heater controller.
