1. Remove fan motor assembly from gas valve, remove (4)

screws from bottom of fan housing shown in red circles.

2. Replace O-ring between fan assembly and gas valve.

Combustion Fan/Gas Valve Removal

Fan/Exhaust check valve

Screws shown in item 1 above

Note: When power is applied to the unit the fan

motor will cycle on for 10 seconds.
