Confirm that the electricity is supplied from a 120 VAC, 60 Hz power source and is in a
properly grounded circuit.

□

Confirm that an extension cord or adapter plug has NOT been used with the boiler.

□

Confirm connection terminals are connected correctly.

Devices such as the room thermostat and outdoor temperature sensor are
connected to the connection terminal. The connection terminals are located on
the top and back of the controller.

To access the controller, remove the front panel (see section

“3.7

How to Remove

the Front Panel

”

for detailed instructions).
