CAUTION

 

Before accessing the service menu, do the following: 

 

Confirm that there is no print data in the printer buffer (the Data In LED 
must not be lit or blinking). 
If there is some data in the buffer, wait until all data has been printed. 

 

5.2.1  ENABLING AND DISABLING SERVICE PROGRAM MODE 

Entering SP Mode

1.  Press the Clear Mode key.

2.  Use the keypad to enter “107”.

3.  Hold down Clear/Stop for at least 3 seconds. 

 

4.  Enter the Service Mode. 

Exiting SP Mode 

Exit 

5.  Press Exit twice to return to the copy window.

This section explains the functions of the Printer/Copy/Scanner SP modes. Please
