5. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
5.1 PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
All PM will be done by the user. A maintenance kit is available for the user.
The maintenance kit contains the following items.
•
Fusing Unit
•
Transfer Roller
•
Paper Feed Roller (3 pcs for the G031, 1 pc for the G032)
•
Friction Pad
When the maintenance counter reaches 80 for the G031 and 60 for the G032,
"REPLACE MAINTENANCE KIT" is displayed.
After replacing the parts in the maintenance kit for the G032, PM clear in the user’s
maintenance menu is required to reset the display. This is not needed for the
G031, because the G031 automatically resets the display when it detects the new
fusing unit.
