again to stop the check.
The menu will go back to level 2
when the “Escape” key is pressed.

1. OK/NG are not displayed.
2. To prevent mechanical or
electrical damage, do not keep
an electrical component on for a
long time.

Select the product name Plug and Play
Model Name
Use the “

W
” keys to select the
name. This name is used for the
plug and play name and is
indicated on the top of
configuration page and print log.

Note:
1. The product name is stored in the NVRAM on the controller
board.
2. Macintosh printers use the product name as a printer name.
3. When the IC Card boot menu NVRAM clear is done, store the
product name again.
4. User settings stored in the NVRAM are reset when the product
name is changed.
