WORKOUT PARAMETERS

Workout parameters are objectives you can set for every
workout programme. The following workout parameters are
available:

You can generally select or even combine several exercise
parameters. Some parameters cannot be set in particular
programmes.

The workout parameters can only be speciﬁ ed after you have
selected a workout programme. You will ﬁ nd a more detailed
description in the setting description of the respective pro-
grammes.
