Timed Slow Cooking Cycle
By selecting the timed slow cooking cycle, the
system proposes following screenshot:
By pressing the area
it is
possible to change the cooking chamber
operating temperature.
By pressing the area
it is
possible to change the duration of the slow
cooking phase
By pressing the area
it is
possible to change the fan speed.
By pressing the area
after the slow cooking
phase, a blast chilling phase will be enabled; the
corresponding area will be enlightened
.
The system proposes following screenshot :
Within this screen it is possible to set various
parameters related to the blast chilling phase (see
chapter “Timed Blast Chilling”).
Press the area
on top on the left to go back
to the slow cooking screen.

phase, a maintaining phase will be enabled; the
corresponding area will be enlightened

To confirm the slow coking cycle settings, press

on the right bottom.
If a slow cooking cycle combined with a
maintaining cycle has been selected, the display
will look as follows:
If a slow cooking cycle combined with an intensive
blast chilling (HARD) cycle has been selected, the
display will look as follows :
