6 • Operation
Ventilation is realised with the principle of supply, through-flow and demand-driven discharge of
the polluted air in your house.
The proper operation of the System C
+® EVO II
is only guaranteed if the following three pillars are
attuned to each other:
Supply: Self-regulating RENSON
®
ventilation louvres class P3 (or P4)
Feed-through: Door grille or slit under the door
(free choice with a minimum bore of 25 m³/h/m at 2 Pa)
Exhaust: Healthbox ventilation system that detects VOC and/or
relative humidity or CO
2
automatically.
6.1 • Fan unit
• Healthbox II (Compact):
Has six available intake points (6 x Ø125 / Ø8Omm).
This allows a maximum of 6 rooms to be connected to the unit. As standard, 3 control valves
with corresponding extraction louvres are supplied with the kit, allowing you to connect
3 rooms. Additional control valves with corresponding extraction louvres can be obtained
separately.
– The maximum ventilation rate of the Healthbox II is 375 m
3
/h (at 200 Pa).
– The maximum ventilation rate of the Healthbox II compact is 325 m
3
/h (at 200 Pa).
• Healthbox Smartzone:
Has eight available intake points (8 x Ø125 / Ø8Omm).
This allows a maximum of 8 rooms to be connected to the unit. As standard, 5 control valves
with corresponding extraction louvres are supplied with the kit, allowing you to connect
5 rooms. Additional control valves with corresponding extraction louvres can be obtained
separately.
– The maximum ventilation rate of the Healthbox Smartzone is 375 m
3
/h (at 200 Pa).
The Healthbox was developed separately for integration in residential homes or flats.
For houses or flats where there is only limited space for integrating a centralised ventilation sys-
tem, the Healthbox II Compact was developed. This fan offers approximately the same options as
the Healthbox, but is more compact.
The exhaust flow is regulated by the smart exhaust valves that are assembled to the fan group.
They are used for the active regulation of the exhaust flow in various wet rooms. By means of
integrated moisture, CO
2
& VOC sensors the exhaust flow is continuously modified in function of
the actual air quality (= demand-driven ventilation).
