10.3.2 • Control modules
A visual inspection of the damper movement on the control modules can be carried out at regular
intervals (e.g. annually).
• Switch the Healthbox to Boost mode. Wait for 30 seconds. The damper blade of each control
module is moved to its nominal [maximum) position.
• Then disconnect the power supply from the Healthbox.
• Wait for 30 seconds, then connect the power supply to the Healthbox again. The orange
and green LEDs on the control modules should flash. Over a period of approx. 1 minute,
the damper blade of each of the control modules should close completely in turn (during this
process, only the green LED on the corresponding control module flashes). The check has been
completed when each control module has performed the movement.
When the damper blade of the last control module is closed, all the dampers open again one
by one (possibly to a different position than for Boost mode).
• If you notice that a damper does not rotate, please contact your installer.
Note:
– How much the damper blade rotates depends on the air flow setting. This is automatically
set when setting of the unit (see section 7.10)
– If you cannot clearly see whether the damper blade is rotating, the air line can be
disconnected from the control module - if the installation allows - by unscrewing the cover of
the control module. (After checking, connect the air line to the control module again with the
cover)
10.3.3 • Inlet grille frame
The inlet grilles in the frame should be cleaned annually using a brush or vacuum cleaner.
10.3.4 • Extraction grille in living room
The extraction grilles in the ventilated rooms should be cleaned
every three months with warm water and soap. To do this, unhook
the design grille from the grille base (possibly using a narrow
object).
