10. Troubleshooting
Room temperature is too high or too low
• Depending on the room size, heating, sensor position and many other influences, there
may be smaller or larger deviations between the display at the room thermostat and
the actual room temperature.
• If required, correct the temperatures entered in the room thermostat upwards or
downwards.
• Mount the sensor elsewhere.
Switching times are incorrect.
• Check the settings of the starting times in automatic mode and the time settings.
• The room thermostat does not have any daylight savings time settings.
• If not all 4 starting times are needed, observe the information in chapter 8. b).
11. Maintenance and Cleaning
The product is maintenance-free for you. Do not take it apart (except for the procedure
described in these operating instructions for mounting)!
Servicing or repair must only be carried out by a specialist or specialist workshop. There
are no components in the product that need to be serviced by you.
A dry, soft and clean cloth is sufficient for cleaning the outside.
Never use any aggressive cleaning agents, cleaning alcohol or other chemical solutions,
since these may damage the casing (discolouration) or even impair function.
